Returns and replacements can take days of form filling, phone calls and emails to organise and with all that time, someone, somewhere is sitting there, unable to do a day's work.

That's why so many of my larger customers see our pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and testing service great value for money. The £10 it costs to test each item can save hours of working time getting things fixed.
Whether you're buying large amounts of equipment or just an individual item. Our qualified team can PDI products including desktops, notebooks, digital cameras, digital camcorders, projectors, printers, TFT monitors.
Our technicians can take your new purchase out of the box and assess it for any damage. They'll check it has all its accessories, and then we'll power it up to undertake testing and ensure there are no dead on arrival components.
The inspection includes:
- A full cosmetic check
- A power check and full hardware test
- A full BIOS check (if applicable)
- An inspection of all working and critical components
- Confirmation the product is complete with all of its supplied accessories.
