Basic Network Installation

When you've got lots of computers to get up and running quickly there's no time for D.I.Y. If you leave it in the hands of someone who doesn't know what they're doing, the job can drag on for weeks - and who knows what kind of a finished job you're going to get.

What is included:
- Installation of CAT5e cabling
- Design, planning and implementation
- Installation of a 12 , 24 or 48 port patch panel
- 3 metre patch leads per point
- ½ metre patch lead per point
- Unpacking, checking and installation of your new PCs
- PC start-up and boot to operating system
- Test of PCs functions
- Configuration of the PCs and connection to a Microsoft network
- Set up and connection of a printer / s
- Demonstration of the PC, supplied software and network functionality
- Set up of file and print sharing
- Set up of shared file area
- Set up of internet connection (Client to supply ISP details)
- Configure Internet Explorer and Outlook and or exchange programs on PCs (Client to supply ISP and email details in advance)
- Telephone access to the Greenfrog team of IT professionals
- Fixed price per network station or bulk deals
Install within normal working hours 9am - 5pm.
What is excluded:
- Installation of a server unless quoted
- No electrical mains or external cabling will be undertaken
- Any grade of listed building
- Installation of PCs in multiple sites
- Apple computer equipment
- Installation or configuration of software other than pre-installed or installed by us at the time of installation
- Connection to networks other than Microsoft
- Connection of existing peripherals or other equipment other than a network printer
- Transfer of software from the network or legacy PCs
- Installation of any upgrades
- The client must provide their own ISP and telephony infrastructure
- The client must ensure that any PCs set up under this service have a Network Card
- An on-site engineer visit to repair hardware or resolve complex network issues (available at extra cost).
